COVID can cause delays with supply chains and production lines. Factories can quote a time frame to our company and overnight they can change it. The factory no longer notifies our company of any changes in the order time frame and must manually check every day. Unfortunately, this is not part of our normal (pre-covid) system and at times we struggle to keep up. We have hired as much additional staff as possible to help with order tracking.
We kindly ask our customer to please reach out to us at any time if you would like an update on your order. Text 440-299-7932, email us at email@example.com, or fill out the form above. Please make sure to include the first and last name the order is under and your invoice number. Our staff will provide the best possible estimated time of arrival.
Here is what we are going to do if a delay happens:
- You can cancel at any time for a full refund.
- If your order is delayed two weeks or more over the quoted time, we will refund 10% of the delayed product price.
**Please note** We do not receive any compensation for delayed products from the factories. All compensation we give our customers comes solely from our funds. Due to our low margins, 10% is the absolute best we can offer. Thank you for your understanding!
