Delivery


White glove delivery

In-home delivery, assembly, and removal of the trash. Old products can be moved outside for an additional $10 per piece if paid for at the time of purchase. We do not take away any old product, sorry! Additional charges may apply for multiple flights of stairs.

Curbside delivery

The item is dropped off in a box or factory packaging. Assembly is required.

Curbside is not available on closeouts.

Order Time


Out of stock product can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to 1-3 months. Please reach out to our staff before purchasing and we can provide you with a better time frame. Call/text 440-373-1061 or email sales@fwohio.com for more information. We have seen a huge improvement recently in sofas, loveseats, sectionals, recliners, and mattresses.

We also have a huge selection of in stock product that can be delivered in 3-7 days or picked up in 1-2 days. We have a special section for “in stock only” product on our website.

What if your ordered item does not make it on time?

You can cancel at any time for a full refund.

If your order is delayed one day or more over the quoted time frame, we will refund 10% of the delayed product price.

**Please Note** We do not receive any compensation for the delayed products from the factories. All compensation we give our customers comes solely from our funds. Due to our low margins, 10% is the absolute best we can offer. Thank you for your understanding!

Refund Policy


We are a locally owned company that truly cares about their customers. We are proud to provide a 7-day in-home trial period on any of our regular products. If you are not satisfied, the product can be returned for a full refund within 7 days.

*Please note this does not apply to closeouts or custom/special order products.

*If the product is delivered, the delivery fee is not refunded but we will pick the purchase up at no charge.

Refunds before customer receives product:

Cancel any time for a full refund.

*Re-stocking fees may apply to custom/special order products but do not apply to regular products.

Refunds after customer receives product:

Product can be returned for a full refund for up to 7 days. FWO does not charge a restocking fee on regular products returned within 7 days.

Delivery charge refund: If the product has been loaded on an FWO truck and brought to the customer’s residence, delivery charges are not refunded.

Items sold as closeout, hot buy, as-is: are not eligible for return.

Custom/Special order product: may be subject to a restocking fee.

Re-selection period: Customer can change to a different product for up to 28 days after delivery. If reselecting after our 7-day full refund period (day 8-28), restocking fees may apply on custom/special order product. Customers are limited to reselecting their order one time after original purchase.

Pickup


Customer is responsible for securing product to their vehicle when picking up.

Pick up product can be assembled for $15 each piece if noted at the time of purchase.

1) Balance must be paid before pickup can be scheduled.
2) Please have a copy of your invoice ready. A picture of the invoice on a phone will also work.
3) Please bring help to load the item in vehicle.
4) Customer must bring their own straps/ropes to secure product and blankets to protect assembled product. Furniture Warehouse Ohio employees are not permitted to secure product to vehicle.
5) Please prep vehicle for loading before getting to warehouse.
6) Measure vehicle to make sure product will fit. Furniture Warehouse Ohio is not responsible for any damage to vehicle.
7) Customer is responsible to bring merchandise back for any exchanges or refunds. Damage must be reported within 24 hours.
8) For safety, please keep children and pets in vehicle.

Warranty


Furniture Warehouse honors all factory warranties. A service tech will be sent to the customers home at no charge if the product is under warranty. This applies to locally delivered goods only. If the product is moved outside of Furniture Warehouse’s service area or from the original delivery address, the warranty is void.

If a product is out of warranty or did not come with a warranty, service is still available for a fee.

Different types of warranty:

Each manufacturer we carry offers different warranties ranging from 1 year to 20 years. Contact our showroom for more information on each manufacture we offer. Other than mattresses, all warranties are for service of product only and not replacement.

Below is a brief overview of our standard warranty policies:

Items without warranty: Closeouts, hot-buy or as-is product (red and pink tags in store).

1-year standard warranty: Comes free of charge on all regular product (green tag in store).

5-year service warranty: Available for an additional fee on sofas, sectionals and recliners.

What is covered by service warranty:

  • Rips, cuts, burns on fabric and leather
  • Frame damage such as broken boards, springs, webbing, reclining mechanisms
  • Cushions sagging beyond normal break in
  • Product will be serviced up to 3 times on the same issue

What is not covered by service warranty:

  • Stains
  • Pet damage (jaws and claws)
  • Service warranty is voided if furniture is moved from address on sales receipt
