Brandon – Owner/Operator
Furniture Warehouse Ohio, established in December 2013 by Brandon Morse, originated as a wholesaler engaged in bulk purchases of furniture, subsequently supplying it to other furniture retailers.
Meanwhile, Brandon assumed the role of General Manager at another local furniture store. Leveraging his extensive industry experience, Brandon expanded the company’s operations in 2018 by introducing the retail division. The primary objective was to provide customers with affordably priced, high-quality products, coupled with exceptional customer service.
This strategic approach, marked by a commitment to quality and determination, propelled Furniture Warehouse Ohio to emerge as one of the largest volume furniture retailers in Northeast Ohio. The attraction of customers through competitive pricing was further solidified by the company’s unwavering dedication to exceeding customer service expectations. Brandon’s outstanding contributions led to his recognition with the “Top 40 Under 40” achievement by HFN magazine, underscoring his significant impact on the industry.
The positive influence of Furniture Warehouse Ohio extends beyond commercial success to the local community. Meet the Team
Sean-Store Manager
Sean is an established professional with a proven background in the furniture industry since 2003. His vast knowledge of product engineering and sales expertise have been an integral part of our success. After joining our team in 2018, he developed our service department from the ground up and is known by our customers for his ability to problem solve and give customers an attentive and positive experience. Sean has worked alongside Brandon for most of his entire career.
Lou – Warehouse Manager
Lou employs a proactive and practical approach to managing our warehouse. His 20 years of experience in furniture and warehousing have given him the ability to navigate and resolve complex administrative challenges. With an Associate in Psychology he also directs and ensures a productive warehouse crew. Lou joined Furniture Warehouse Ohio in 2018.
Sue – Office Manager
Sue’s experience in office management and the furniture business spans several decades. Her meticulous approach to accounting and data entry have made a significant impact on the growth and development of Furniture Warehouse Ohio since joining in 2018. Sue oversees a variety of different company functions and is renowned for her productivity and software skill set.
Karl – Sales Manager
Karl is well versed in a multitude of service-based industries and his adaptive nature has helped him thrive in the furniture business. Since 2019, Karl has worked diligently to learn and grow alongside Furniture Warehouse Ohio while developing his leadership capabilities. He has coordinated with representatives from many well-known name brands to introduce new options for our customers including Liberty Furniture, Best Home Furnishings, and more.
Alejandro – Service Manager
Alejandro joined the team in 2019 in our warehouse department. Extremely hard-working and innovative, he has consistently shown his aptitude for building and repairing different products. His decade-long furniture industry experience has helped him build up our in-home service department which has helped offset costs and provide quick solutions to common issues.
Billy – Assistant Sales Manager
Billy has had a variety of experiences in industries ranging from manufacturing to hospitality prior to joining our team in 2020. His eagerness to learn the business and help grow our customer base has allowed him to become one of our top sales associates. Additionally, he is involved in our website development and seeks to create a more streamlined user experience.
Angie – Assistant Office Manager
Before joining FWO in 2023, Angie had an accomplished career in administration and customer service. Her experience has been highly beneficial to our office system, creating an effective and smooth operating environment. She regularly schedules deliveries, manages 3rd party financial services, and inputs customer information in an organized and fast-paced manner.
Zak – Assistant Warehouse Manager
Zak has a varied background in the trades and warehousing. In 2021 he joined the Furniture Warehouse team as a warehouse associate and has shown great enthusiasm for managing crews and optimizing space for increased productivity. After being promoted to manager, he also oversees and refines our inventory and exchange systems.
Ben – Assistant Warehouse Manager
Ben joined Furniture Warehouse in 2023 and quickly exhibited a passion for furniture and working together with our team to promote a positive and successful operation. With a background in retail, his customer-centric mindset is a valuable asset to our team, reminding us to keep the customer at the forefront of our mind.
John – Senior Sales Associate
After a decade of experience in furniture, ranging from sales to deliveries, John joined Furniture Warehouse Ohio in 2018 as one of the first employees. His excellent customer service skills have created a unique and comfortable buying atmosphere and have set a prime example for all our team members. He is actively involved in product marketing to showcase new and exciting options for our customers.
James – Delivery Crew Leader
James is a highly knowledgeable delivery crew leader with experience that goes back over 10 years. He has been fundamental in our warehouse and delivery logistics, always giving his best effort to make sure that our customers are taken care of in a timely manner and with exceptional care.
Al – Delivery Crew Leader
Having been in furniture since 2015, Al joined Furniture Warehouse Ohio with a great skill set perfect for giving the best possible experience during deliveries. Due to his consistent performance he grew to become a crew leader in 2023 and has continued to complete duties with a high level of accuracy.
Nestor – Delivery Crew Leader
Nestor is a seasoned crew leader who executes his role with a high level of dedication and commitment to our customers. Since 2019, he has been a shining example here at FWO and actively helps train new delivery drivers to provide more opportunities for our customers.
